In honor of Walt Disney’s birthday today, Walt Disney World Imagineer, Zach Riddley, has confirmed a new statue is coming to Epcot. The statue, “Dreamer’s Point,” will feature Walt Disney.
This new statue will be part of the new World Celebration neighborhood coming soon to Epcot. Last year at the D23 Expo, Disney announced the new statue will be part of Epcot’s multi-year transformation. Today, we get a first look at the new statue of Walt.
Although there is no official date when the statue will be completed, we are so excited to see Epcot feature Walt Disney with this statue. “Dreamer’s Point” will be a great new addition to the park that will honor Walt’s legacy.
