Splash Mountain Closes January 23 at Magic Kingdom

Disney has officially confirmed that construction on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Walt Disney World begins on January 23, 2023.

Disneyland has no set date for Splash Mountain’s closure. More information for that park is to come at a later date.

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is heavily centered around New Orleans music and culture. New scenes and animals will be added to truly immerse you into the bayou!

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is set to open in late 2024 at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort.
