Disney Cruise Line is famous for its rotational dining. This allows you to experience multiple dining rooms and menus while keeping the same wait staff. Each restaurant is unique and has a delicious menu that everyone in your party will love. Below are highlights of each dining room.
First up on our cruise was Animator’s Palate. This dining room is themed after all the history of Disney Animation, with sketches, black and white renderings, rough drafts, and more of Disney characters over the years.
This restaurant is extremely kid friendly with its character theming, dinner show, and interactive content throughout your dining experience. The restaurant literally comes to life as Crush and friends from Finding Nemo entertain guests!
The menu is fantastic with the highlights being the black truffle pasta purseittes.
Next up in our dining rotation was Enchanted Garden.
Enchanted Garden is themed after the gardens of Versailles in France. Throughout dinner the flower blooms close as the sun sets, and the floral
murals change to sunset as well throughout your dining experience.
The menu highlights for us were the lobster ravioli, cream of asparagus soup, and the tenderloin and prime rib.
The third and final restaurant in our rotation was Royal Palace.
As you can guess, this restaurant is themed after the Disney Princesses. Princess theming and decor can be found throughout the restaurant, and several princesses greeted us as we entered the dining room.
A live pianist played classic Disney tunes throughout our dining experience, and the wait staff are dressed in royal attire. This restaurant is the most elegant of the three.
The menu highlights here are the lobster and shrimp plate, fried brie, French onion soup, filet, and soufflé.
All of the dining rooms on the Disney Cruise Line fleet are wonderful, and the best in the cruise industry. Be sure to try everything!
