If you are looking for a more spacious suite but at a moderate resort price, look no further than Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs.
The tower is beautiful and very much feels like a high-end deluxe resort. Again, it is only priced as a moderate! The rooms in the tower range from standard 2 queens to penthouse sized suites.
We stayed in a spacious deluxe suite. It featured a separate bedroom and master bath, which is great for traveling with children. At the foot of the bed, are floor to ceiling windows with great views of the resort lake.
The living has a full size sleeper sofa, desk area, and coffee bar, with attached half bath.
This is essentially the same spacing as a 1 bedroom villa at deluxe resorts, except without the kitchen or kitchenette. Prior to the park closure in March, this room also came with club level access. This has been discontinued presently, but hopefully will return when club lounges resume operation.
With all the space and amenities, this deluxe suite is a great value compared to a 1 bedroom villa. I would highly recommend giving this suite a try on your next visit!
