We recently visited the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando Resort and needed a little more space for our large party. We booked a 1 bedroom king suite with a connecting 2 queen. The rooms were spacious with living room, sitting area, separate bedroom space, and dining table. It was the perfect setup for our party of 8.
Once we arrived the front desk notified us they had upgraded us to the club level of the resort, called The Rock Royalty Club. This was our first time staying club level at Hard Rock, and we were very impressed.
Due to physical distancing requirements, the regular club had been moved to a larger room so we had to go downstairs to use the amenities instead of it being located on our floor. The Rock Royalty Club offered different menus throughout the day. We only took advantage of the breakfast and dessert, as we were in the theme parks the rest of the time.
The breakfast featured pastries, doughnuts, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, etc. We sampled a variety of items, and they were all good.
We utilized the drink station to stock up on waters, juices, and cokes to take with us into the park. This was a huge savings, as park drinks can be anywhere from $4-7 each.
After a long day of visiting the parks, we took the kids to the club for dessert. The club had an ice cream bar setup with all the toppings you could think of along with cookies, brownies, etc. The kids loved this!
The staff in the club were very accommodating to us. We enjoyed it so much, that we will definitely be booking a club level room at Hard Rock Hotel again! Rock On!
