The 2021 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is finally here at the Walt Disney World Resort! With the park’s biggest menu yet, we’re exploring all of the different flavors around the world.
On your way over to World Showcase near the Port of Entry, be sure to stop by Shimmering Sips for some sweet treats!
First we tried the Banana Bread with Mixed Berry Compote. The banana bread was delicious but the mixed berry compote made it even better! The compote had pieces of blueberries and strawberries in it which was a nice touch. Combine the compote with the whipped cream, and the banana bread was an instant favorite!
What might be the prettiest treat at this year’s Food and Wine Festival was also one of the best! The Shimmering Strawberry Soft-serve was amazing and a perfect cool off!
