The 5th annual Taste of Epcot International Festival of the Arts is back and better than ever at the Walt Disney World Resort! I was lucky enough to attend the festival last week and loved every minute of it!
Cuisine Classique can be found at the Germany Pavilion in World Showcase. We got to try a couple treats here and they did not disappoint!
My absolute favorite dish at this year’s festival was the Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib. The short rib was nice and tender and cooked perfectly. The red wine sauce made the short rib even better! Reasonably priced at $8.00, the beef short rib was a great size. Not to mention the delicious mashed potatoes served on the side!
The last thing we tried was the Coq au Vin. This chicken dish comes with marble potatoes, candied carrots, pancetta crisps, and topped with violet mustard and a beurre rouge sauce. The chicken was very flavorful and the vegetables on the side were so good! You can find this on the menu for $6.75.
Cuisine Classique was one of my favorite locations at the Festival of the Arts. The beef short rib was by far my favorite snack at the festival, that I cannot recommend enough!
