It’s not a marathon, it’s not a triathlon…it’s a Cookie Stroll! At the end of this culinary feat, not only will you be experiencing a sugar rush, you will also feel accomplished when you redeem that peppermint prize finish.
During Epcot’s International Festival of the Holidays, park goers can partake in this sweet adventure. To join in this confectionery fun, all you need is a Festival Passport and an empty belly.
We grabbed our Festival Passport at World Traveler as we entered the International Gateway. Travelers, you can snag yours from that gift shop or stop by one of the many other locations throughout the park. Then, prep your tastebuds and be on the lookout for these cookies as you sightsee around the world.
- Linzer Cookie-Bavarian Holiday Kitchen at the Germany Pavilion
- Chocolate Crinkle Cookie-American Holiday Table at the American Pavilion
- Peppermint Pinwheel Cookie-Yukon Holiday Kitchen at the Canada Pavilion
- Gingerbread Cookie-Festival Favorites at the World Showplace
- Black and White Cookie-L’Chaim Holiday Kitchen between the Morocco and France Pavilions
As you stroll your way down Cookie Lane, make sure to have your passport stamped after each purchase. Once you’ve collected all 5 stamps, take your passport to the Sweets and Treats Holiday Kitchen to redeem your complimentary Peppermint Minnie Cookie.
Each stop provided a unique and flavorful delight. Steph’s favorite was the Linzer Cookie which tasted more like a pastry with a raspberry star filling. Marci’s favorite was the Chocolate Crinkle Cookie which had a rich, chocolate flavor. Think brownie meets cookie.
The good news is there’s really no training for this culinary dash, where everyone comes out a winner.
