Upcoming Disney movies: Black Widow, Cruella, and Luca have all received updates to their 2021 releases.
Cruella (starring Emma Stone) will premiere May 28, 2021. Disney has just confirmed that the movie will release in theaters as well as on Disney+ Premier Access. Previously, the live action remake of Mulan and Disney’s Raya and the Last Dragon were both released via Premier Access for $29.99. Cruella will cost the same.
Pixar’s newest addition, Luca, was just confirmed to head straight to Disney+ at no extra cost! Disney also announced a release date of June 18 for the movie. Luca is set on the Italian Riviera during the summer where two best friends share unforgettable memories. There’s just one problem; they’re both sea monsters when they touch water!
Marvel’s highly anticipated, Black Widow, was just rescheduled for the fourth time due to the pandemic. The film will now release on July 9, 2021 both in theaters and on Disney+ Premier Access. July 9 was previously the premiere date for Marvel’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Due to Black Widow taking its date, the movie is now pushed back to September 3, 2021.
