Although Linguini thinks ratatouille isn’t delicious, we beg to differ after trying Remy’s Ratatouille at the Taste of Epcot International Festival of the Arts.
You can find this dish in the World Showplace Events Pavilion at the “Festival Favorites” booth.
Remy’s Ratatouille consists of eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, and red pepper piperade. It’s one of the plant based offerings at the festival, so it’s vegetarian and vegan friendly. We found the ratatouille delicious and was one of our favorites on the menu. Chef Remy would be pleased!
