Yet another attraction is closing at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Disney confirmed today that July 12th is the last day for the Magic of Disney Animation. The adjacent Animation Gallery will remain open until late August.
The meet and greets, Mushu show and the Animation Academy will close. Minnie Mouse will return to the hub for her meet and Mickey Mouse will be getting a new home across from Studio Catering Company.
Rumors are again swirling as to what will be going in that space. Disney has yet to say why the changes are coming. Could it be for the Toy Story expansion? Maybe this is part of the rumored Star Wars Land?
