If you are looking for a unique dining experience look no further! Located at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, take a step back in time as you enter the 50’s Prime Time Café.
Make yourself at home while you are seated in the family’s vintage living room as you wait for your table to be ready. Either Uncle Fred, Mom or someone else in the family will escort you to your seat.
Enjoy the classic Formica tables and retro TV’s showing sitcoms from the 1950’s. You may be asked to set the table and please show good manners while dining. No elbows on the table!
You will truly be treated as family here. It’s an easy place to get to know the Cast Members. This is definitely an interactive and comical experience. You will be asked to remove your hat if you are wearing one and don’t forget to say please and thank you. “Mom” expects you all to be on your best behavior.
The 50’s Prime Time Café offers American comfort food. Some of our favorites are the old-fashioned pot roast, Aunt Liz’s golden fried chicken, and my personal favorite cousin Megan’s meatloaf. Be sure to pair your meal with one of their well-known milkshakes! The peanut butter and jelly milkshake is absolutely delicious and a must on every trip.
Our family loves the atmosphere of being in a true 1950’s kitchen setting. Typically you will have your own TV at your table, and we always enjoy watching the old video clips. This is not a quiet dining experience though. Be prepared to hear the staff (your traditional 1950’s family) bantering back and forth throughout your meal. If you are looking for a completely immersive meal with lots of entertainment, then 50’s Prime Time Cafe is certainly for you!
